At BELOVD Fine Jewelry, each creation is meticulously crafted with the highest standards of quality and care.
Due to the unique nature of fine jewelry, we reserve the right not to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any of the pieces available through our website.

Additionally, custom-made and special-order pieces are final sale and therefore not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

If, upon receiving your order, you find that your piece is not the item you purchased, please contact us immediately at belovdfinejewelry@gmail.com so that we may promptly review and resolve the situation.

WARRANTY

Every BELOVD Fine Jewelry piece is backed by a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing, material, or craftsmanship defects.

Should your piece require repair due to a verified manufacturing defect, the service will be provided at no cost, excluding shipping or transportation expenses, which are the responsibility of the client.

After the 30-day warranty period, any adjustments, resizing, or repairs will be available at the client’s expense.

Steps to file a warranty claim: 

  1. Contact the Belovd Fine Jewelry customer service via email belovdfinejewelry@gmail.com within 30 days from the day of purchase.
  2. Provide your order confirmation number, include photos and detailed description of the problem.
  3. Wait for a response between 2-3 business days from the service team. 

Belovd Fine Jewelry reserves the right to determine whether an item is eligible for warranty coverage. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns.
